How to Make Vegan and Gluten Free “Big Mac” Casserole
Start by preheating your oven to 400° F. In a medium bowl combine vegan mayo, mustard, ketchup, white vinegar, sweet relish, onion powder, paprika, salt, and garlic. Whisk together and set aside.
In a large sauté pan brown your vegan meat alternative until cooked through. Remove from heat and mix in your Big Mac sauce (leaving a little left for drizzling on top).
Spray a casserole dish with cooking oil and pour your mixture into an even layer. Sprinkle the top with a layer of vegan cheese shreds.
Add your tater tots, and arrange in an even layer.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until tater tots are crispy and goldened. Top with shredded lettuce, pickles, red onion, diced tomatoes. Drizzle any additional big Mac sauce on the top. Serve and enjoy!
