Every Sunday after church, my family would gather together at my Granny and Papaw’s house for a delicious Sunday lunch. Granny always cooked up a huge feast for us all to enjoy surrounded by aunts, uncles, and cousins. I have such happy memories when I think back to all the Sundays spent around Granny’s table. One of my favorite things to eat was her homemade Mississippi comeback dressing. Use as a salad dressing, or a yummy dip for French fries, this recipe is one of a kind. With its creamy and tangy taste, it adds a special something your meal that is sure to leave you wanting more. I hope you enjoy this delicious recipe as much as my family does.
This recipe is extremely quick and simple to make. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and whisk together until combined. You could also put all ingredients in a blender and blend together until combined if you wish. Enjoy right away or cool in the refrigerator for a couple hours to allow the flavors to come together. Use as a salad dressing or a dip for anything you wish.
This recipe will last a week if stored in a jar, bottle, or container with an airtight lid in the refrigerator.
Delicious!! My new favorite dressing!
