Ingredients
Gluten Free Spaghetti: Any gluten free spaghetti will do. We love one made with chickpeas for extra protein.
Vegan meat alternative: I use Impossible Burger. When switching from a carnivorous to a plant based lifestyle this is a great alternative.
Marinara: Be sure to check the back of your label to make sure its vegan.
Vegan Mozzarella Cheese Shreds
Vegan Sour Cream
Vegan Cream Cheese
Garlic: Fresh or minced is fine
Italian Seasoning
Salt
Pepper
How to Make Million Dollar Spaghetti
First preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, mix together vegan sour cream, vegan cream cheese, and Italian seasoning. In a large sauté pan, brown vegan meat alternative until cooked through. Spray 9 x 13” pan with cooking oil. Mix together the pasta and meat alternative with marinara. Dish half the noodle mixture into pan. Top with a layer of cream cheese and sour cream mixture. Layer the other half of your pasta on top and cover with vegan mozzarella shreds. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve. Enjoy!
