I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Lindsey. I have been a vegetarian since 2015 and completely vegan and gluten free since 2017. My husband, Jim, and I have 3 beautiful children together. Going gluten free and vegan has been life changing for me and my family. As long as I can remember I have struggled with a complete lack of energy as well as a host of other health and gut issues. Since our switch to plant-based and gluten free living, I have more energy than I’ve ever had. I hope you are inspired to make these delicious recipes for you and your family to enjoy as well!
It’s my passion to bring your family delicious recipes to try out when considering a vegan or gluten-free lifestyle. It’s important that the recipes are easy to follow and are quick and easy to prepare.
All things healthy, however, my speciality is vegan and gluten-free recipes and ingredients. I can help give you advice for going plant based or gluten free, as well as help you find easy ingredient swaps for your favorite traditional dishes!
