These air-fryer Buffalo cauliflower wings are a delicious and healthy way to satisfy your cravings for classic Buffalo wings. They are full of flavor, crispy and slightly spicy. They are also perfect for parties and game day snacking. Air-frying them gives them a crunchy texture that is sure to please. Serve them as an appetizer with a side of vegan ranch, or as part of a meal for a healthy and delicious option. Enjoy!
Start by cutting a head of cauliflower into florets, then place them in a medium-sized bowl and give them a good rinse. Pat the florets dry with a towel. If you’re looking to save time, feel free to grab a bag of pre-cut cauliflower florets.
Once your florets are dry, return them to the bowl and drizzle with buffalo sauce of choice, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat each piece evenly with the sauce.
Next, spray your air fryer basket or liner with a light coat of cooking oil. Arrange the cauliflower florets in an even layer, making sure they’re not overcrowded. Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through for even crispiness.
Serve with vegan ranch dipping sauce and some crunchy celery, or enjoy them on their own. Dig in and enjoy your crispy, spicy buffalo cauliflower wings!
