These air-fryer Buffalo cauliflower wings are a delicious and healthy way to satisfy your cravings for classic Buffalo wings. They are full of flavor, crispy and slightly spicy. They are also perfect for parties and game day snacking. Air-frying them gives them a crunchy texture that is sure to please. Serve them as an appetizer with a side of vegan ranch, or as part of a meal for a healthy and delicious option. Enjoy!
Start by cutting your head of cauliflower into florets. Place the florets into a medium bowl and wash them. Next pat them dry. You could also you a bag of precut cauliflower florets so help shorten prep time as well. Place florets back into bowl and drizzle on buffalo sauce, onion powder, and garlic salt. Then, gently stir the florets to make sure each one is covered in buffalo sauce. Spray your air fryer liner or basket with a spritz of cooking oil and lay the cauliflower in an even layer. Air fry on 375° for 10 minutes tossing halfway through. Serve with vegan ranch dipping sauce and celery or just as a stand alone. Enjoy!
