Ingredients Needed To Make Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
- Head of Cauliflower: You can also use a bag of precut cauliflower florets as a time saver if you wish.
- Vegan buffalo sauce: Mild, Spicy, etc.
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- *This particular recipe calls for an air fryer. They could also be baked in the oven, but you might not have the same crispiness as your would if they are air fried.

How to Make Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
Start by cutting a head of cauliflower into florets, then place them in a medium-sized bowl and give them a good rinse. Pat the florets dry with a towel. If you’re looking to save time, feel free to grab a bag of pre-cut cauliflower florets.
Once your florets are dry, return them to the bowl and drizzle with buffalo sauce of choice, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat each piece evenly with the sauce.
Next, spray your air fryer basket or liner with a light coat of cooking oil. Arrange the cauliflower florets in an even layer, making sure they’re not overcrowded. Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through for even crispiness.

Vegan and Gluten Free Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 cup vegan buffalo sauce
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
Instructions
- Start by cutting your head of cauliflower into florets.
Place florets in a medium bowl, wash, and pat dry. - Place your dry florets back into a bowl. Drizzle on buffalo sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to coat florets with sauce.
- Spray your air fryer sheet or basket with a light spritz of cooking oil.
Place florets in an even layer on air fryer sheet. - Air fry at 400° for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Serve as a stand alone or with vegan ranch and celery.
