Vegan and Gluten Free Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup vegan buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting your head of cauliflower into florets.
    Place florets in a medium bowl, wash, and pat dry.
  2. Place your dry florets back into a bowl. Drizzle on buffalo sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir to coat florets with sauce.
  4. Spray your air fryer sheet or basket with a light spritz of cooking oil.
    Place florets in an even layer on air fryer sheet.
  5. Air fry at 400° for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  6. Serve as a stand alone or with vegan ranch and celery.
