I’m so glad you’re here! I have been a vegetarian since 2015 and completely vegan and gluten free since 2017. My husband, Jim, and I have 3 beautiful children together. Going gluten free and vegan has been life changing for me and my family. As long as I can remember I have struggled with a complete lack of energy as well as a host of other health and gut issues.
