- 2 cups Indian basmati long grain white rice ((rinsed and drained))
- (2) 13.5 oz. Thai full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Rinse and drain Indian basmati long grain white rice
- spray instant pot liner with cooking spray
- Add rice, water, 2 cans of coconut milk, and pink Himalayan salt to instant pot. Stir together
- Seal instant pot and press the rice function.
- After rice is finished cooking (and your instant pot beeps), allow it to sit for an additional 10 minutes
Carefully release any left over pressure after 10 minutes. - Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
