How to Make Vegan & Gluten-Free “Big Mac” Casserole
Step 1: Preheat the Oven

- 1 cup Vegan mayo
- 3 Tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 3 Tbsp Sweet relish
- 2 tsp White vinegar
- ¼ tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Paprika
- ¼ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
Vegan and Gluten Free “Big Mac” Casserole
- 12–13 oz. Plant based meat alternative
- 8 oz. Vegan cheddar shreds
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup hamburger dill pickles
- ¼ cup red onion (diced or sliced )
- 2 roma tomatoes (diced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- In a medium bowl combine vegan mayo, mustard, ketchup, white vinegar, sweet relish, onion powder, garlic, salt, and paprika.
- In a large sauté pan brown your vegan meat alternative until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and mix in your Big Mac sauce (leaving a little left for drizzling on top).
- Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray and spread mixture into an even layer.
- Sprinkle on vegan cheddar shreds evenly.
- Arrange tater tots into an even layer on top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until tater tots are cooked through and golden.
