Plant-based ground meat (Gardein, Impossible, or Beyond Beef)
Tater tots
Vegan cheddar shreds
Shredded lettuce
Hamburger dill pickles, chopped
Red onion, diced or thinly sliced
Roma tomatoes, diced
How to Make Vegan & Gluten-Free “Big Mac” Casserole
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it’s ready when your casserole is assembled.
Step 2: Make the Vegan Big Mac Sauce
In a medium bowl, whisk together:
Vegan mayo
Mustard
Ketchup
White vinegar
Sweet relish
Onion powder
Paprika
Salt
Garlic powder
Mix well until smooth, then set aside.
