Ingredients Needed to Make Vegan & Gluten-Free Caramel Dip

How to Make 3-Ingredient Vegan & Gluten-Free Caramel Dip

Step 1: Soak the Dates

Start by pitting your dates (if they aren’t already pitted) and soaking them in warm water for at least 1 hour. This helps soften them, making them easier to blend into a smooth, caramel-like consistency.

Short on time? If you’re in a hurry, soak them in hot water for about 10 minutes instead!

Step 2: Blend It Up

Once your dates are soft, drain them and add them to a high-speed blender or food processor. Then, pour in:
1 can of full-fat coconut milk (for that creamy texture)
A drizzle of pure maple syrup (for natural sweetness)

Blend on high speed for 3–4 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Keep blending until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and has the consistency of caramel.

Step 3: Serve & Enjoy!

Now for the fun part—serving your caramel dip! Pour it into a bowl and pair it with:
🍏 Crisp apple slices for a classic combo
🥨 Salty pretzels for a sweet & salty treat
🍪 Gluten-free graham crackers for extra crunch
🍨 Drizzle over dairy-free ice cream for indulgence

This dip is naturally sweet, dairy-free, and absolutely irresistible. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week—but let’s be real, it probably won’t last that long!

Enjoy every creamy, caramel-y bite!
