This creamy guilt free vegan caramel dip is naturally sweetened with Medjool dates and made with just a handful of wholesome ingredients. Rich, smooth, and completely dairy-free, it’s perfect for dipping apples, drizzling over desserts, or stirring into oatmeal. This gluten-free, refined sugar–free treat is kid-friendly, snack-worthy, and ready in minutes—no cooking required!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pitted dates (soaked in water for minimum of 1 hour. )
  • 3/4 cup Coconut milk (Can of full fat works best)
  • 4 tablespoons Maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Soak your dates in water for a minimum of one hour.
    Place dates, coconut milk, and maple syrup together in a high speed blender and blend until the consistency of caramel sauce. Typically around 3-4 minutes.
    Cool in the refrigerator and serve. Enjoy!
