Vegan and gluten free "Big Mac" sauce

  • 1 cup vegan mayo
  • 3 Tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 3 Tbsp sweet relish
  • 3 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Vegan and gluten free cheeseburger pizza

  • 2 Gluten free vegan pizza crust (I personally love both Schar and Banza crusts. Both of these brands come in a 2 pack so I use both crusts when feeding my family of 5. )
  • 1 (12 to 13 oz) plant based "meat" crumbles
  • Vegan "Big Mac" sauce recipe
  • 1/3 cup hamburger dill chip pickles ((More to taste))
  • 8 oz. vegan cheddar shreds
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

How to make “Big Mac” sauce

  1. Simply combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl and stir until combined.
    This can be made in advance and can be stored in the refrigerator up to 5 days.

How to make pizza

  1. Preheat your oven according to package directions.
  2. While your oven is preheating brown your vegan meat alternative until cooked through.
  3. Top your pizza crust with “Big Mac” sauce and top with vegan meat
  4. Top with pickles and vegan cheddar shreds and bake 10 minutes.
  5. Once finished cooking top your pizza with shredded lettuce, diced red onions and tomatoes.
  6. Drizzle on more “Big Mac” sauce if you wish.
  7. Slice, serve, and enjoy
