Vegan and gluten free "Big Mac" sauce
- 1 cup vegan mayo
- 3 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 3 Tbsp sweet relish
- 3 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Vegan and gluten free cheeseburger pizza
- 2 Gluten free vegan pizza crust (I personally love both Schar and Banza crusts. Both of these brands come in a 2 pack so I use both crusts when feeding my family of 5. )
- 1 (12 to 13 oz) plant based "meat" crumbles
- Vegan "Big Mac" sauce recipe
- 1/3 cup hamburger dill chip pickles ((More to taste))
- 8 oz. vegan cheddar shreds
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
How to make "Big Mac" sauce
- Simply combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl and stir until combined.
This can be made in advance and can be stored in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
How to make pizza
- Preheat your oven according to package directions.
- While your oven is preheating brown your vegan meat alternative until cooked through.
- Top your pizza crust with "Big Mac" sauce and top with vegan meat
- Top with pickles and vegan cheddar shreds and bake 10 minutes.
- Once finished cooking top your pizza with shredded lettuce, diced red onions and tomatoes.
- Drizzle on more "Big Mac" sauce if you wish.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy
