Ingredients

  • 5 Gluten free ramen patties
  • 3 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 5 cloves chopped garlic (fresh or minced)
  • 1/3 cup gluten free soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 2 tsp brown sugar (coconut sugar is a good replacement option)
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • diced green onions

Instructions

  1. Bring a medium to large pot of water to a boil, add in ramen and cook according to package directions. This usually takes only 3 minutes.
    Drain and set aside.
  2. In a medium to large saute pan pour in sesame oil and chopped garlic. 
    Stir constantly on low heat for a minute or two.
  3. add in the brown sugar, gluten free soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.
    Stir on low heat for an additional minute and remove from heat. 
  4. Pour the cooked ramen noodles into your sauce and stir to combine and coat your noodles.
  5. Add in chopped green onions and serve. Enjoy!
