- 5 Gluten free ramen patties
- 3 Tbsp Sesame oil
- 5 cloves chopped garlic (fresh or minced)
- 1/3 cup gluten free soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 2 tsp brown sugar (coconut sugar is a good replacement option)
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- diced green onions
Instructions
- Bring a medium to large pot of water to a boil, add in ramen and cook according to package directions. This usually takes only 3 minutes.
Drain and set aside. - In a medium to large saute pan pour in sesame oil and chopped garlic.
Stir constantly on low heat for a minute or two. - add in the brown sugar, gluten free soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.
Stir on low heat for an additional minute and remove from heat. - Pour the cooked ramen noodles into your sauce and stir to combine and coat your noodles.
- Add in chopped green onions and serve. Enjoy!
