We LOVE pizza at our house. Especially my boys. Obviously we can’t (and wouldn’t want to) order a regular gluten and dairy packed pizza from a franchise, so we make our own! Enter this fluffy and satisfying easy weeknight pizza bread recipe. Made with a delicious gluten free and fluffy loaf of bread, my veggie packed pizza sauce recipe, and your choice of vegan cheese, this is sure to be an easy and simple dinner that is requested by your family often.

How to Make Vegan and Gluten Free Pizza Bread

This recipe really is so simple to make. Begin by preparing your pizza sauce recipe, or if you have a jar of pre made pizza sauce set it aside. Preheat your oven to 390°F. Once your oven is preheated, you will place your loaf of bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes. At 10 minutes, carefully turn the bread over and cook for an additional 7 minutes. Carefully remove the loaf from the oven and slice being careful not to burn yourself. I would suggest using a pot holder to hold the bread steady. Then, top the slices of bread with pizza sauce and vegan mozzarella. Place back in the oven for an additional 7-8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and let it sit to cool for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
