Ingredients needed (with substitutions)
Gluten-Free & Vegan Bread Loaf:
I use Greenlite Take & Bake Classic Artisan Bread, a gluten-free and vegan option I find in the freezer section at Whole Foods.
Pizza Sauce:
I prefer my own veggie-packed pizza sauce recipe, but feel free to use any pizza sauce you love.
Vegan Cheese:
Choose from vegan shreds, slices, or a cashew-based liquid cheese (like Miyoko’s liquid vegan mozzarella) to top your creation.
Fresh Basil to Top
Note: I typically use two large loaves to serve my family of five.
*I’m not being paid to talk about these items I just really love their products.

How to Make Vegan and Gluten Free Pizza Bread

- Place your loaf of bread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Carefully flip the bread and bake for an additional 7 minutes.
