Vegan and Gluten Free Pizza Bread

Ingredients

  • Vegan and Gluten Free Bread Loaf (I use Greenlite Artisan Classic Gluten Free Bread)
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Vegan Mozzarella shreds, slices, or liquid vegan cheese

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing your pizza sauce recipe, or if you have a jar of pre made pizza sauce set it aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 390°F.
  3. Once your oven is preheated, you will place your loaf of bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. At 10 minutes, carefully turn the bread over and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove the loaf from the oven and slice being careful not to burn yourself.
  6. I would suggest using a pot holder to hold the bread steady. 
  7. top the slices of bread with pizza sauce and vegan mozzarella.
  8. Place back in the oven for an additional 7-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it sit to cool for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
