  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 1 loaf is 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Vegan and Gluten Free Bread Loaf (I use Greenlite Artisan Classic Gluten Free Bread)
  • Our recipe for Veggie Packed Pizza Sauce
  • Vegan Mozzarella shreds, slices, or liquid vegan cheese
  • Basil (fresh or dried), halved grape or cherry tomatoes, or any other toppings you wish.

Instructions

1. Thaw the Bread
Remove the gluten-free loaf from the freezer the night before and place it in the refrigerator to thaw. This makes slicing much easier.

2. Prepare the Pizza Sauce
Use my delicious and nutritious Veggie-Packed Pizza Sauce or your favorite jarred pizza sauce. Set it aside.

3. Preheat Your Oven or Air Fryer

  • Oven: Preheat to 390°F (200°C)

  • Air Fryer: Preheat to 375°F, if your model requires it

4. Slice the Bread
Slice the loaf in half lengthwise.

5. Add the Sauce
Spread a generous layer of veggie packed pizza sauce over each bread half.

6. Top with Vegan Cheese
Sprinkle your favorite dairy-free shredded cheese evenly on top.

7. Bake or Air Fry

  • Oven: Place bread halves on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and lightly browned.

  • Air Fryer: Cook for 7–10 minutes, checking after 7 minutes for bubbly cheese and golden edges.

8. Cool and Add Toppings
Let the pizza bread cool for 5 minutes to set the cheese and make it easier to handle.
Top with fresh basil, halved cherry tomatoes, or your favorite veggies.

9. Slice and Enjoy!
Cut into pieces and serve warm for a satisfying, plant-based pizza night.
