How to Make Vegan Stroganoff “Hamburger Helper

  1. Cook the Vegan Meat – Start by browning your vegan meat alternative in a large sauté pan over medium heat until it’s nice and cooked through.
  2. Add the Rest of the Ingredients – Once the meat’s done, toss in your pasta, plant-based milk, water, gluten-free flour, vegan cheese shreds, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Give it a good stir to combine everything together.
  3. Bring to a Boil – Stir everything well and bring it to a boil. Once it’s bubbling, you’re almost there!
  4. Simmer – Lower the heat and cover your pan with a lid. Let it simmer on low for 7-9 minutes, stirring occasionally. The pasta will cook up perfectly and the sauce will thicken.
  5. Let it Sit – Once the pasta’s done and the sauce is creamy, let the pan sit for about 5 minutes to let everything come together.
  6. Serve and Enjoy – Now it’s time to dig in! Serve up your creamy, comforting stroganoff “Hamburger Helper” and enjoy the deliciousness.

This dish is perfect for busy nights and guaranteed to be a hit with the whole family. Simple, hearty, and oh-so-delicious!
