- 8 oz. vegan meat alternative
- (2) 8 oz. boxes gluten free pasta
- 2 cups water
- 8 oz. vegan cheddar shreds
- 3 Tbsp gluten free flour
- 1 tsp minced garlic (or 1 fresh garlic clove)
Instructions
- Spray sauté pan with cooking oil and brown vegan meat alternative until cooked through.
- When “meat” is finished browning, add in: pasta, water, vegan milk, bag of vegan cheddar shreds, gluten free flour, garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir all ingredients together and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer on low for 7-9 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
