- 14 oz. Impossible vegan sausage
- 4 tsp. Non dairy butter
- 1/4 cup Gluten free flour
- 2 cups Non dairy milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Begin by browning your vegan sausage in a pan.
Once it's fully cooked, transfer to a medium bowl and set aside - In the same pan, add in your butter and allow it to melt before adding in your gluten free flour.
- Stir your flour on low for about 1 to 2 minutes being careful not to let it burn.
- Pour in your non dairy milk with your flour, and whisk together until combined.
- Add in salt , pepper and vegan sausage and stir on low for another 3-5 minutes or until the gravy thickens.
- Allow it to cool and serve with freshly-baked gluten free biscuits!
