- 4 cups Frozen, sliced bananas
- 1/4 cup Cacoa powder (you could substitute cocoa powder)
- 1 scoop Vegan chocolate protein powder (I like Orgain chocolate vegan protein powder. This is optional. )
- 15 oz. Canned coconut milk (you could also use regular non dairy milk.)
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Slice and freeze your bananas a day in advance if possible.
- In your food processor or blender, pour in frozen diced bananas, cacoa powder, vegan chocolate protein powder, canned coconut milk, and vanilla extract.
- Blend all ingredients together until combined and is the texture of soft serve ice cream.
- You may choose to eat it as is, or pour into a container and freeze for a few hours. When ready, scoop as you would traditional ice cream. Enjoy!
