Ingredients

  • 2 13.5 oz. cans of full fat, unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 11.25 oz. can of sweetened condensed oat milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup oat milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl whisk together cans of coconut milk, can of sweetened condensed oat milk, vanilla extract and oat milk.
  2. Pour into ice cream maker and allow to churn for 20-30 minutes.

Notes

Consistency will be soft serve. If desired pour ice cream into freezer safe container and  put in freezer for an additional 20-30 minutes to scoop.
