- 1 cup cooked sushi rice
- 1/4 cup air fryer tofu
- 1/4 cup chopped seedless cucumber
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- sliced avocado
- 1 seaweed sheet (crunched)
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 Tbsp diced green onion
- 1 Tbsp gluten free soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp spicy mayo
Instructions
- Put 1 cup prepared sushi rice into a bowl. Add in air fryer tofu, chopped cucumber, shredded carrots, avocado slices, crunched and shredded seaweed sheet, black sesame seeds, chopped green onion, soy sauce, and optional spicy mayo into a bowl and stir to combine. Enjoy!
