- 15 oz. Can of tomato sauce
- 6 oz. Can of tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp oregano
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1 Garlic clove (minced garlic is fine as well)
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2–1 cup Chopped baby spinach and baby kale
Instructions
- Chop your kale and spinach into tiny pieces either with a knife or by using your food processor then set it aside
- In a medium sized bowl, combine your can of tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, sea salt, garlic, paprika, pepper, onion powder, basil, optional hemp seeds, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Stir all the ingredients together.
Add in your chopped spinach and kale and stir again until all ingredients are combined. - Serve and enjoy!
