Slice and freeze your bananas a day in advance if possible.
In your food processor or blender, pour in frozen diced bananas, cacoa powder, vegan chocolate protein powder, canned coconut milk, and vanilla extract.
Blend all ingredients together until combined and is the texture of soft serve ice cream.
You may choose to eat it as is, or pour into a container and freeze for a few hours. When ready, scoop as you would traditional ice cream. Enjoy!
