Preheat oven to 400° F.
In a medium bowl combine vegan mayo, mustard, ketchup, white vinegar, sweet relish, onion powder, garlic, salt, and paprika.
In a large sauté pan brown your vegan meat alternative until cooked through.
Remove from heat and mix in your Big Mac sauce (leaving a little left for drizzling on top).
Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray and spread mixture into an even layer.
Sprinkle on vegan cheddar shreds evenly.
Arrange tater tots into an even layer on top.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until tater tots are cooked through and golden.
Top with shredded lettuce, pickles, red onion, and diced tomatoes.
Drizzle top with additional "Big Mac" sauce. Serve and Enjoy!
