Start by cutting your head of cauliflower into florets.Place florets in a medium bowl, wash, and pat dry. Place your dry florets back into a bowl. Drizzle on buffalo sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir to coat florets with sauce.
Spray your air fryer sheet or basket with a light spritz of cooking oil.Place florets in an even layer on air fryer sheet. Air fry at 400° for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through.
Serve as a stand alone or with vegan ranch and celery.
