Vegan and Gluten Free Cheeseburger Pizza

Ingredients
  

Vegan and gluten free "Big Mac" sauce

  • 1 cup vegan mayo
  • 3 Tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 3 Tbsp sweet relish
  • 3 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Vegan and gluten free cheeseburger pizza

  • 2 Gluten free vegan pizza crust I personally love both Schar and Banza crusts. Both of these brands come in a 2 pack so I use both crusts when feeding my family of 5.
  • 1 (12 to 13 oz) plant based "meat" crumbles
  • Vegan "Big Mac" sauce recipe
  • 1/3 cup hamburger dill chip pickles (More to taste)
  • 8 oz. vegan cheddar shreds
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

How to make "Big Mac" sauce

  • Simply combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl and stir until combined.
    This can be made in advance and can be stored in the refrigerator up to 5 days.

How to make pizza

  • Preheat your oven according to package directions.
  • While your oven is preheating brown your vegan meat alternative until cooked through.
  • Top your pizza crust with "Big Mac" sauce and top with vegan meat
  • Top with pickles and vegan cheddar shreds and bake 10 minutes.
  • Once finished cooking top your pizza with shredded lettuce, diced red onions and tomatoes.
  • Drizzle on more "Big Mac" sauce if you wish.
  • Slice, serve, and enjoy
