Chop/ pulse pumpkin seeds and Brazil nuts in food processor
Pour oats, chopped nuts, hemp seeds, flaxseed meal, and chocolate chips into large mixing bowl, or bowl of stand mixture. Stir together
Pour in nut butter, date paste, and vanilla extract and stir together until mixed well.
Form into balls with melon baller, cookie scoop, or spoon.
Let chill for 30 minutes and enjoy!
