Vegan and Gluten Free Garlic Sesame Ramen Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Gluten free ramen patties
  • 3 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 5 cloves chopped garlic fresh or minced
  • 1/3 cup gluten free soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp brown sugar coconut sugar is a good replacement option
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • diced green onions

Instructions
 

  • Bring a medium to large pot of water to a boil, add in ramen and cook according to package directions. This usually takes only 3 minutes.
    Drain and set aside.
  • In a medium to large saute pan pour in sesame oil and chopped garlic. 
    Stir constantly on low heat for a minute or two.
  • add in the brown sugar, gluten free soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.
    Stir on low heat for an additional minute and remove from heat. 
  • Pour the cooked ramen noodles into your sauce and stir to combine and coat your noodles.
  • Add in chopped green onions and serve. Enjoy!
