Begin by preparing your pizza sauce recipe, or if you have a jar of pre made pizza sauce set it aside. Preheat your oven to 390°F.
Once your oven is preheated, you will place your loaf of bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes.
At 10 minutes, carefully turn the bread over and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
Carefully remove the loaf from the oven and slice being careful not to burn yourself.
I would suggest using a pot holder to hold the bread steady.
top the slices of bread with pizza sauce and vegan mozzarella.
Place back in the oven for an additional 7-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and let it sit to cool for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
