Vegan and Gluten Free Pizza Bread

Ingredients
  

  • Vegan and Gluten Free Bread Loaf I use Greenlite Artisan Classic Gluten Free Bread
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Vegan Mozzarella shreds, slices, or liquid vegan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preparing your pizza sauce recipe, or if you have a jar of pre made pizza sauce set it aside.
  • Preheat your oven to 390°F.
  • Once your oven is preheated, you will place your loaf of bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes.
  • At 10 minutes, carefully turn the bread over and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the loaf from the oven and slice being careful not to burn yourself.
  • I would suggest using a pot holder to hold the bread steady. 
  • top the slices of bread with pizza sauce and vegan mozzarella.
  • Place back in the oven for an additional 7-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and let it sit to cool for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
