Vegan and Gluten free Stroganoff "Hamburger Helper"

Ingredients

vegan meat alternative
(2) 8
oz.
boxes gluten free pasta
2
cups
water
8
oz.
vegan cheddar shreds
3
Tbsp
gluten free flour
1
tsp
minced garlic
or 1 fresh garlic clove
Instructions
Spray sauté pan with cooking oil and brown vegan meat alternative until cooked through.
When “meat” is finished browning, add in: pasta, water, vegan milk, bag of vegan cheddar shreds, gluten free flour, garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir all ingredients together and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer on low for 7-9 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
