- 18 oz extra firm tofu pressed and crumbled
- 16 oz. coleslaw mix Green and red shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic 1 tsp minced
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- diced green onions sprinkle on top for garnish
- vegan spicy mayo drizzle on top if desired for an extra kick and flavor boost
