Vegan "Granny's Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream"

  • Ice cream Maker

Ingredients
  

  • 2 13.5 oz. cans of full fat, unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 11.25 oz. can of sweetened condensed oat milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup oat milk

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl whisk together cans of coconut milk, can of sweetened condensed oat milk, vanilla extract and oat milk.
  • Pour into ice cream maker and allow to churn for 20-30 minutes.

Notes

Consistency will be soft serve. If desired pour ice cream into freezer safe container and  put in freezer for an additional 20-30 minutes to scoop.
