Vegan Seven Layer Bean Dip

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • (2) 16 oz. cans refried beans vegan/vegetarian
  • 1 cup salsa to mix with refried beans
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 13 oz. guacamole or if preferred 3-4 smashed avocados with lime juice
  • 8 oz. vegan sour cream alternative
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 8 oz. bag shredded lettuce
  • 8 oz. vegan cheddar shreds
  • 3 diced roma tomatoes
  • 1 2 oz. can black ripe sliced olives

Instructions
 

  • In a separate bowl, mix together 2 cans refried beans, 1 cup of salsa, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  • Spread an even layer of each ingredient in the following order:
     Bean mixture, guacamole (or smashed avocados), vegan sour cream, salsa, lettuce shreds, vegan cheddar shreds, diced roma tomatoes, and sliced black olives.
