Vegan Sushi Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 1/4 cup air fryer tofu
  • 1/4 cup chopped seedless cucumber
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • sliced avocado
  • 1 seaweed sheet crunched
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds optional
  • 1 Tbsp diced green onion
  • 1 Tbsp gluten free soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp spicy mayo

Instructions
 

  • Put 1 cup prepared sushi rice into a bowl. Add in air fryer tofu, chopped cucumber, shredded carrots, avocado slices, crunched and shredded seaweed sheet, black sesame seeds, chopped green onion, soy sauce, and optional spicy mayo into a bowl and stir to combine. Enjoy!
