Chop your kale and spinach into tiny pieces either with a knife or by using your food processor then set it aside
In a medium sized bowl, combine your can of tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, sea salt, garlic, paprika, pepper, onion powder, basil, optional hemp seeds, and crushed red pepper flakes.
Stir all the ingredients together. Add in your chopped spinach and kale and stir again until all ingredients are combined.
